Note the difference in standing order scheduling
Isabel 6 and BNP Paribas Fortis have slightly different approaches to scheduling standing orders:
Post-migration
- Plan ahead: if you need to update an existing standing order scheduled between September 19th and September 30th, please do so in Isabel 6 before September 19th. To ensure uninterrupted access to your standing orders after the wizards are removed, make sure you have a BNP Paribas Fortis channel set up in advance.
- As of 19/09: any updates to standing orders with an execution date on or after 01/10 must be requested directly via BNP Paribas Fortis.
- Create new standing orders directly via BNP Paribas Fortis channels.
Note the difference in standing order scheduling
Isabel 6 and BNP Paribas Fortis have slightly different approaches to scheduling standing orders:
Isabel 6 | BNP Paribas Fortis |
Based on days of the week (e.g. 'every Monday') | Based on a specific start date, with a chosen frequency (e.g. a quarterly standing order starting on 25/01 will be executed on 25/01, 25/04, 25/07, ...) |
Post-migration
- You will manage your standing orders through your BNP Paribas Fortis channel.
- However, executed standing orders will still appear in Isabel 6 if the bank account is linked to your Isabel 6 account.
Single and global debit payment wizards
The BNP Paribas Fortis-specific wizards will be replaced by the standard Isabel 6 payment wizards. The RTGS* payment option, previously only available via the bank wizards, will be accessible in the standard Isabel 6 wizards for SEPA payments originating from a BNP Paribas Fortis bank account.![]() *RTGS stands for Real-Time Gross Settlement. It's a type of urgent payment that allows for immediate settlement of high-value or time-sensitive transactions. These payments are processed immediately, routed through a central bank system, and are final and irreversible. |
