  • Invest in security awareness

    Ensure all employees are aware of potential threats like invoice fraud and CEO fraud. Be cautious with urgent payment requests.

  • Be alert and double-check

    Always be careful and check payments before signing. Two pairs of eyes are better than one.

Don't fall into the trap of phishing, CEO fraud or invoice fraud

Fraudsters are getting more and more creative. In these times, there is a rise in the number of cases of phishing emails, invoice fraud and CEO fraud. Stay alert, four eyes see more than two.  What exactly are these forms of fraud and what can you do about them? Beware of phishing, invoice or CEO fraud.

If you notice that your computer has been contaminated or hacked into

  1. Disconnect the network cable to your PC and switch off Wi-Fi.
  2. Do not turn off your PC, because otherwise you will lose any traces that may be useful for subsequent investigation.
  3. Contact your bank immediately to cancel any fraudulent transactions.
  4. Lodge a complaint with the federal police.
