If you can contact us between 8:00 and 17:00 (Monday to Friday), we can offer you a quick solution:
 

  • Send an email to customercare@isabel.eu with: Your User ID and a copy of your eID

  • Call us by phone at +32 (0)2 404 03 37


Important: We can only process this request if you are able to contact us by phone. If calling is not possible, please follow the instructions described below under Outside Office Hours.

Contact Card Stop (+32 78 170 170) as soon as possible to block your IsaKey in case of loss or theft.
