There are 3 options to receive your Isabel Invoice:
- Zoomit (standard way for companies having a Belgian VAT number)
- Peppol
Your invoice will only be sent via one of those options. If you want to switch to one of the other options, please contact customer care via this form.
Be aware that all Belgian companies will be forced by the government to use the Peppol network to send and receive invoices.
If we notice that you are a PEPPOL customer, we will automatically transition to that platform. If you are a PEPPOL customer but are still receiving invoices through another method, please let us know.
