I know my Belgian eID pincode and want to activate via eID, send an email to customercare@isabel.eu providing:
- Your User id.
- A copy of both sides of your eID.
- If you have already provided your eID for this action in the past, you can go to https://support.isabel.eu/isakey/eid to reactivate your IsaKey.

I want to request a new temporary code: to request a One-Time Activation Code, send an email to customercare@isabel.eu providing:
- Your User id.
- A copy of your ID. (Belgian eID: both sides)
- Your delivery address.
