- Check the local PC date & time settings:
The upload/download fails if these is too much difference between the time and date on the Isabel verification server and the user's date & time.
If not solved, contact your IT support to
- Verify the settings of the proxy server and/or firewall.
Adapt the configuration if necessary.
- Remove the Isabel 6 Security Components.
Install the latest version of the Isabel 6 Security Components via the download area.
Reboot the pc.
