When logging on to Isabel 6, you receive this specific error message: To date, no bank accounts have been added to your Isabel 6 subscription. Please contact your bank(s) to add your accounts so you can start working in Isabel 6. Isabel customer Care
This error message can have several causes, click on the one that represents your situation:
- Do not use the "back" button of your browser.
You have swapped your SmartCard in the cardreader with another Isabel SmartCard without logging out first.
Log out from Isabel 6 and login with the correct Isabel SmartCard.
You only use your Isabel 6 card to access the eGovernment applications and you want to consult your invoice.
- If you are the only user in your Isabel 6 subscription, you should receive the invoice in paper format. If not, contact Isabel Customer Care.
- If there is another user in your Isabel 6 subscription who uses Isabel 6, ask this user to access Isabel 6 and print or download the invoice from Zoomit for you.
