The installation of your certificate is automatic as soon as you insert your card into the reader. In some circumstances, the certificate installation may fail.

1. If you are using a new card, make sure you activated it before trying to login.

   • Click here to go to the card activator flow

2. If your card is activated, try to install your certificate manually via the Isabel 6 Control Panel

   • Open the Isabel 6 Control Panel via Start > All > Isabel Services > Isabel 6 Control Panel.

   • Click on 'Install your certificate'

   • Insert your card and provide the pin on the Isabel pinpad reader

   • If the certificate could not be installed correctly follow this article.
