Recent examples of Dutch fake phone calls made or emails sent out in the name of Isabel.

• Do not click on any links or follow any instructions to make a payment or identify.

• If you suspect fraud, call the Isabel Group helpdesk on +32 02 404 03 37 (menu: 1-1-9) (on working days from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.)

• Always use the trusted channels

• Monitor your payment traffic extra closely in the coming days after the phishing e-mail and be alert for suspicious phone calls or new suspicious e-mails
