Account number, Account type and Account holder are provided by your bank.

When you click on the line containing the account number, the Account type and the Ebanking contract number are shown.

An Alias appears when you have attributed a custom alias name to your account in Isabel 6:

1. On the welcome page, click Isabel 6.
2. In the tabs Account Info and Transactions:
   Click Aliases for accounts in the Managing section of the left hand menu.
3. Enter an Alias for the corresponding account and click OK at the bottom.

When a  sign is shown for a particular action, you can execute this action with the given account.

View account balances

You are entitled to see the account balance. In Isabel 6, the bank account is visible in the Account Info overview.

For new bank accounts, the bank account will be visible in the Account Info overview as soon as the bank sends you the updated account balance after the next movement on the account.

View account statements

You are entitled to view the account statements. In Isabel 6, you can browse through the account statements when you click on the account in the Account Info overview.

For new bank accounts, the account will be visible in the Account Info overview as soon as the bank sends you a new account statement after the next movement on the account.

Initiate transactions

You selected the Standard module and you are entitled to initiate transactions having this bank account as ordering account.

When you export the account list to Excel, a further distinction is made between Encode transactions and Upload transactions.

Sign transactions

You are entitled to sign transactions having this bank account as ordering account. Other signatures might be required in order to sufficiently sign a transaction.

If you want to request a change to your mandates for a bank account, please contact the bank that provides the account in Isabel 6.

Click on any column title to sort the list according to this field. Click on the same column title to reverse the sort order.

Use the function Add filter when you want to narrow down the list to a particular bank,account, alias, action, or combination of different values.

1. Click on Add filter and select the fields on which you want to apply a filter. The selected fields will apear on the left hand side.
2. Click on the fields on the left hand side to set a filter value.

Click on Clear all filters to return to the complete list.

The buttons on the bottom allow you to browse through multiple pages of bank accounts, or to return to the welcome page.

• Click on Export
• Select Excel or PDF format

• Account Information:
  Bank, Account Number, Account Holder, Alias, Account type, eBanking contract
• Granted functions:
  Account balance, Account info, Initiate Transactions, Sign Transactions, Encode Transactions*, Upload Transactions*
• List information:
  Applied Filters, Applied Sorting

Clear all filters and verify again.

If you still do not see the bank account:
For this account, no mandates have been attributed to you. If you want to request a change, please contact the bank that provides the account in Isabel 6.

Click on "My Profile" to see your user name, user ID, and to modify your preferred email address for mail exchange with customer care.

The field "Email address" is used by Isabel Group as your primary email address to provide you general information or for communication with customer care. This address has no influence on the operations in Isabel 6 (eg. message to sign payments).
You can update your email address by clicking on the pencil.
