🗓️As from 15 November 2026, the use of the structured or ‘hybrid’ address will become mandatory and the unstructured address may no longer be used. These new rules are described in the Febelfin (instant) (S)CT and SDD standards. Please consult your bank to see whether they support these addresses in the previous version. Before activating this module, please verify with your Isabel partner bank whether the file type you wish to send is supported.

Free format (DIV)

The allowed character set is a subset of the Latin character set in UTF-8 format. HThe implementation guidelines only allow following characters: a-z, A-Z, 0-9 and the special characters: /-?:().,'+ and space.

All Latin UTF-8 chars that are not in the above list are converted :

  • accented letters to non-accented letters

  • special characters to spaces

Supported download formats

The file formats listed below can be used by your accounting software to automatically process your account information. The reception of these files is defined in agreements between your company and your banks, and is independent of the account statements available in Isabel 6.
